So what does sushi have to do with digital media and re-invention?
Simply put, it’s applying 21st-century digital supply-chain management know how to use in the traditional restaurant business space. The focus was to re-define the sushi dining experience offering great food that’s easy on the wallet. The development and convergence of social media and food-tech platforms like Yelp and Uber Eats required us to adapt our business operations. My role is to make sure the deployment of technology is not a distraction to the dining experience at our restaurants.
